The crave for ownership of businesses are in a frenzy mode today more than ever before. Daily, the news about companies profile and success stories are awash on the media.

To add to the tempo, recently the 2009 Forbes's magazine list of billionaires was released and many are the reactions trailing it.

·The successful business owners of today have failed in many previous transactions. They are what the world is seeing today because they learnt from their mistakes and repaired the failed business by themselves.

·The monumental successes of today dates back to many years of working on a given vision. They were never successful overnight. Most of the businesses were inherited while others built their empire by themselves over time.

·Many biographies, citations and many other write ups about entrepreneur’s highlights more of their rosy side. It tells more of how they become whiz kids. Almost all the mistakes they made in their business life are swept under the carpet. These rosy stories are not all there is.

·When the news about a company is celebrated, only money and material things acquired by them are given prominence. Mention is never made of the bed rock of strategies that drove the company, nor how the business was run. Also, the workforce that carried out the vision of the organization is scarcely mentioned. Yet, these people were those responsible for the success being celebrated.

·When the business fails, the business owners stand alone. Workers do leave to seek employment elsewhere, creditors and investors follow up on the owner. Your success stories are for everybody but bad omen is for you alone. In times of legal battle, the veil on the organization could be lifted and those behind the company bear the damages.

·The life of a company is full of ups and down. In many occasions, you will be stabbed at the back, friends and colleagues could betray you, there are many unkept promises, unsteady human relations between you and your publics, unfaithful workers who can sell your hard earned ideas et cetera.

·The successful business owners of today never had what they have today now before they started. They were like fighters without a weapon but series of strategies to win the battle. He is only out to spot opportunities though he never had resources to exploit them. All they bank on was a multi dollar determination to succeed and they did.

·Entrepreneurs do not do much on their own. All they do is control, coordinate and manage people. Most of the people they deal with may be more talented and skillful then them. They are leaders at the centre, networking and co-operating.
